Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European distance selling regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days from receipt of the artwork to request a return without having to provide reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

• Write to info@carlobazzoni.com within 14 days of delivery
• Provide the order number and reason (optional)
• We will send you the return label and packing instructions
• Re-pack the artwork using the original materials
• Refund within 14 days of our receipt

Cost of Return

Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser, unless the artwork is damaged or does not conform to the description (in which case the return is free of charge). The refund covers the full price of the artwork.

Exceptions

Works made to commission (with personalised elements requested by the purchaser: custom dimensions, specific subjects, dedications) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as provided for by the regulations.
