From a raw cement ground, compact and porous as sedimentary rock, silhouettes emerge between dream and memory. The composition develops vertically: in the lower section, arches and profiles take shape through plastic reliefs that capture the light, coloured by veils of powder pink, lavender, antique yellow, water green - as if time had faded every chromatic intensity down to its purest essence.
In the central and upper areas, matter becomes a chaotic and fertile landscape: fragments of paper, shards of pigment, scratches and incisions construct a dense weave that evokes low clouds over a medieval city. Each inclusion is a find, a trace of existence incorporated into the body of the work with the same naturalness with which time folds its own sedimentations into stone.
The white frame enters into dialogue with the surface, transforming the work into an architectural window onto a world that belongs to no precise geography.
